The vision framework is made up of three themes which each make a vital contribution to our quality of life:
Each theme was initially broken down into more detailed strategic goals so that the themes could begin to take shape into tangible subjects around which our future ambitions could be discussed and agreed.
As the consultation progressed, these became the ten Island Outcomes, which are expressed in terms of personal impact on Islanders and sit around the vision wheel to demonstrate how they work together:
The outcomes are enduring and won't keep changing; different priorities might be chosen as time goes on but the outcomes will be as important in 20 years' time as they are today.
